How do I log in to my account ?To log in to your account, click on the account button on the top right hand-side of the homepage on your computer, or on the menu on your smartphone. Enter your email address and password then click confirm.

Creating a cen. accountCreating a cen. account means you'll be able to receive invites from us and track your orders quickly and easily. It couldn't be easier to create your cen. account! Simply follow the steps below: - Click on the button on the top right hand-side of our homepage (if you are using a computer), or on the menu (if you are using a smartphone). - Enter your email address on the login page. - Fill in the details requested and click confirm.

How do I pay for my order using a gift card or credit note ?To pay for your order using a gift card, simply enter the card number in the "Voucher Code" box at checkout. You will also find a drop-down menu next to this box showing all of your available credit notes.

When is my order confirmed ?Your order is confirmed as soon as it appears in your account under my orders. You will also receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your payments. Please note that on the days that we launch new collections, order confirmation emails may take several hours to reach you. If after several hours you still haven't received your order summary, you can email us heinzelviktoria@gmail.com and we'll be happy to check your order status for you.

How can I cancel my order?Two options are available if you wish to cancel your order: 1 - Cancel within 1 hour of placing your order After placing your order, you have 1 hour to cancel. You can do so by going to my account. Once your order has been cancelled, you can go ahead and place a new order. Please note: our team are unable to cancel orders beyond this timeframe. 2 - Return your order once you've received it Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order if it has been more than 1 hour since the order was placed. In this case, please submit a return request via my account once you have received your order. A refund will be processed within 15 working days after your purchase.
